Mercer Kitchen Hall is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as needed
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges
