JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts in support of a pharmaceutical organization operating in a highly regulated environment. This role partners closely with hiring managers, Human Resources, and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across scientific, clinical, manufacturing, quality, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate brings deep recruiting expertise, strong stakeholder partnership skills, and a clear understanding of compliance-driven hiring practices.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across Hallandale Pharmacy functions.
- Manage a high-volume requisition load, typically 15 or more open positions simultaneously, while meeting hiring deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to define job requirements, hiring timelines, and talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized scientific and technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry job boards, professional associations, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and cultural alignment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Drive a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that reflects the organization’s values and employer brand.
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline diversity.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by implementing inclusive sourcing and hiring practices.
- Collaborate with HR partners on onboarding, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong full-cycle recruiting expertise in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Ability to recruit and assess scientific, clinical, technical, and corporate talent.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements (EEO, OFCCP, data privacy).
- Excellent interviewing, evaluation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote setting.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house or agency environment
- Demonstrated experience managing 15+ open requisitions simultaneously.
- Proven success recruiting for a variety of exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple job functions and levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong working knowledge of recruiting best practices, interview techniques, and employment laws.
PREFERRED:
- Prior experience recruiting for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- ?Existing relationships with physicians, clinics, or healthcare networks.
