Job Title: Experienced Warehouse Order Puller / Forklift Operator
Location: Ft. Myers, FL
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Order Puller with a minimum 1+ years of forklift experience to join our fast-paced team in Ft. Myers. The ideal candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to ensure accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
· Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipment
· Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
· Load and unload trucks as needed
· Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
· Work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
· Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
· MUST 1 year of forklift experience (required)
· Previous experience as an order puller or similar warehouse role
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
· Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
