Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in an on-site, full-time role based in Palm Beach, FL. The Sales Executive will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to clients, cultivating relationships, and driving sales of high-end jewelry and luxury items. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, presenting products, building long-lasting relationships, and supporting the team in achieving sales goals. Additional duties may include assisting in the visual presentation of products and providing a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Experience in the luxury retail sector or related industries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain client relationships
- Knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, or luxury timepieces is highly desirable
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and inquiries
- Confidence in providing customized product recommendations and solutions based on client needs
- Proficiency in basic computer software and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
