<p>Job Description<br>Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing distributor in Broward County!Job Title: Warehouse Packer<br> Location: Pompano Beach, Florida<br>Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Accurately pick and pack items based on order slips and packing lists</li>
<li>Verify product accuracy and quality prior to packing</li>
<li>Properly label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area</li>
<li>Operate hand scanners and other basic warehouse equipment</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures</li>
<li>Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors</li>
<li>Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>
<li>At least 1+ year of packing or warehouse experience</li>
<li>Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Basic math and reading skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for long periods</li>
<li>Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic</li>
</ul>
<p>Work Environment:
<ul>
<li>Fast-paced warehouse environment</li>
<li>May require working in varying temperatures</li>
<li>Use of protective gear as needed</li>
</ul>
