We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Plantation, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring smooth operations within the hiring process. Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Handle coordination of interviews, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Monitor and manage job applications across multiple platforms to maintain a steady pipeline of talent.
• Support the recruitment team by overseeing approximately 40 open positions and ensuring timely updates.
• Assist with sourcing resumes to identify candidates with relevant experience for various roles.
• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with screening requirements before onboarding.
• Provide administrative support to streamline recruitment procedures and maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all recruitment-related documentation is accurate and complete.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders to maintain a positive hiring experience.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience with sourcing resumes and identifying suitable candidates.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates and team members.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and related procedures.
• Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and job boards such as CareerBuilder.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
