Pastry Chef – Hotel (South Beach, Miami)
We are currently seeking an experienced Pastry Cook to join our hotel team in South Beach, Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry preparation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Pay Rate: $19–$20 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Follow hotel recipes, standards, and food safety guidelines
- Assist with daily production, baking, and plating for hotel outlets and events
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure consistency and quality
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Cook (hotel experience preferred)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
