Catering Sales Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Build Relationships – Develop and maintain strong partnerships with existing venues while identifying new business opportunities.
- Client-Centered Coordination – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through menu selections, logistics, and event details to bring their vision to life.
- Event Execution & Production – Work closely with the operations team to coordinate staffing, equipment, and all necessary elements for flawless event execution.
Catering Sales Coordinator Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in event planning, sales, or event management.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Experience with event management software or CRM tools.
- Familiarity with South Florida’s event and catering landscape.
