Benchmark Painting is a leading residential and commercial painting and carpentry contractor based in Boynton Beach, FL. We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Bilingual Administrative Assistant and Job Scheduler to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction or painting industry, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

This dynamic role also includes seasonal support for our sister company, Christmas Decor, which involves handling phone calls, setting appointments, and scheduling projects during their peak period.

Key Responsibilities (General Accountabilities)

The Administrative Assistant and Job Scheduler will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to our daily operations, including:

  • Communication & Scheduling:

    • Answering incoming phone calls and professionally setting up client appointments.

    • Efficiently scheduling and coordinating painting and carpentry projects.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Handling various administrative tasks as assigned by management.

    • Managing client follow-up, including sending client reviews and thank-you cards.

  • Marketing & Social Media:

    • Managing and monitoring various social media platforms (Facebook, Google Business, GLSA, Google Ads).

    • Creating engaging videos, photos, and marketing materials, and working collaboratively with our external marketing agency.

    • Monitoring and replying to reviews and comments on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

  • Office Operations:

    • Overseeing general office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience:

    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant office/administrative experience is required.

    • Prior experience working in the painting and/or construction industry is strongly preferred.

  • Language: Bilingual is preferred (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

    • Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software and systems.

    • Familiarity with project management software such as Asana and Drip Jobs.

  • Core Competencies:
