As an insurance license representative, you will build and develop client relationships within local communities to promote our products cross-selling and deepening to our existing clients. We will support you as you grow and learn within our agency. As your client base grows, your earning potential does as well through a combination of guaranteed base salary and earned bonus.

Responsibilities
Client Communication: Interact directly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.In-Person Service: Assist clients with policy inquiries, account updates, and claims processing in our office.Policy Recommendations: Offer expert advice on insurance coverage options and tailor plans to suit individual client requirements.Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution.Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and satisfaction with our services.Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Requirements
- Willing to be lincense within 30 days of job acceptance.
- Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
