Miami Souvenirs is looking for a highly motivated and capable Customer Service Representative to maintain communications with our clients and monitor customer satisfaction.
Qualified Candidate will work from our Miramar office to track customer orders as needed for our company and must be comfortable working in both an Office and Warehouse setting and may be expected to lift up to 25lbs from time to time.
Customer communication is critical in this position. Candidate must be comfortable speaking with our customers and addressing their questions and concerns with prompt and knowledgeable responses, by phone, email, and even text message.
Must also be comfortable using standard office equipment such as printers, faxes, and scanners.
We expect excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and the ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Training will be provided for the correct candidates.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:
- Daily phone inquires to and from customers - keep track of all and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Computer and data entry - working knowledge of excel, word, and online resources
- Ensuring assets and communications are used effectively
- Communicate with the team to make sure inventory and daily operations are up to date.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Ensure accurate and timely collection of data in our book-keeping software
Position is available now and applicants should be ready to start immediately.
Schedule Mon-Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm
English speaker is a MUST / Spanish speaking is a Plus.
