Job DescriptionDescription:

Join our marina and boat dealership team as a Service Productivity & Billing administrator.
This role tracks technician hours daily, ensures accurate work order billing, and helps improve overall service department efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and verify daily technician labor hours.
  • Review and prepare work orders for billing.
  • Run productivity and labor reports using DockMaster.
  • Communicate with service writers, technicians, and accounting to correct time or job discrepancies.
  • Support management with efficiency reports and process improvements.

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Experience using DockMaster or similar dealership management software.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
  • Background in marine, automotive, or similar technical service environments preferred.

Position Type:

This is a full-time position with variable hours, including weekends and evenings based on customer demand.
