<p>Job DescriptionPosition: Hardware Showroom Customer ServiceLocation: Pompano Beach, FLPay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMWe are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative / Sales Associate with a background in retail to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our sales team with both online and showroom orders, assist customers over the phone and in person, and help maintain accurate customer data and order updates.Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist customers with inquiries via phone, online, and in-person</li>
<li>Support the sales team with processing showroom and online orders</li>
<li>Update customer files and provide order status when necessary</li>
<li>Accurately input and manage customer data using computer systems</li>
</ul>
