We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in North Miami Beach, Florida. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) supporting daily front desk and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual in Spanish, and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Manage daily check-ins and prepare rosters for students attending classes
- Perform fingerprinting services for students as required
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls while providing excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate booking records
- Coordinate email correspondence with students and staff
- Enter and update data in the system accurately and efficiently
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to complete administrative tasks
- Provide general office and administrative support to the team as needed
• Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
