What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2–3+ years of salaried restaurant manager experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Proven ability to run a fast, busy, guest-focused operation
- A team-oriented leader who collaborates, motivates, and inspires
- Stable work history — no more than two management roles in the last five years
- Professional leadership style and a genuine commitment to developing people
- A sense of humor and the ability to “actually” use a calculator
- Loves being active in the community and representing the brand with pride
