Hallandale Pharmacy specializes in personalized compounding to address the unique needs of patients. Through strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals across the nation, we have developed a comprehensive formulary of pharmaceuticals focused on enhancing well-being. As a designated 503A pharmacy, we adhere to rigorous standards set forth by the United States Pharmacopeia, guaranteeing the highest quality in every prescription. We are currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist to become an integral part of our team and contribute significantly to our objective of advancing pharmaceutical modalities.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the complete registration process for new clinics and prescribing providers.
  • Input and manage client data accurately within internal systems
  • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions via Zoom, including EMR portal walkthroughs and operational guidance.
  • Track case updates and pending tasks, following up as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy to support fulfillment and reduce operational disruptions.


Requirements:

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and time management.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills with AI, Linked and other sourcing sites.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently to make the best decision for the company and the candidate.
  • High degree of confidentiality company information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address issues.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of onboarding experience, preferably pharmacy operations, healthcare or client support.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting/moving materials less than 25 pounds.
