We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that support the daily activities of our office and facilitate effective communication and organization.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with inquiries.
- Manage and organize office files and documents.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including emails and memos.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room usage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
