The Rustman Agency is looking for Independent Sales Agents to serve clients nationwide. As a 1099 contractor, you control your schedule and income. This is 100% commission-based, with no base salary.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own book of business.
  

• Work leads from our system and your own referrals.
  

• Conduct needs analysis and present insurance solutions.
  

• Submit accurate applications and maintain compliance.
  

Requirements
