Position: B2B Sales Manager
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid or Remote)
Reports To: Director of Sales / VP of Sales
Industry Focus: Durable Goods / Bath Fixtures / Walk-In & Whirlpool Tubs

We’re Looking for a Proven Industry Closer

SWCORP is hiring a B2B Sales Manager who understands our space — luxury bathtubs, faucets, durable goods, and bath fixtures. You must bring real experience, industry contacts, and a history of building business in this category. We’re looking for someone who knows how to generate sales, open doors, and close deals.

If you’ve sold walk-in tubs, whirlpool tubs, or bath fixtures to Wayfair, Home Depot, Ferguson, Lowe’s, independent retailers, or distributors, you're who we need.

Experience with bidding on contracts, working with hospitality clients (hotels, resorts, developers), or handling government and public-sector accounts is highly preferred. We’re looking for someone who’s navigated structured sales cycles, understands compliance and procurement, and knows how to close in both traditional and institutional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B sales efforts across our luxury bath and durable goods portfolio.

  • Leverage your industry relationships to generate new business with showrooms, retailers, builders, hospitality clients, and online channels.

  • Grow existing accounts and pursue untapped sales opportunities, including government bids and hospitality projects.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, promotions, and program terms with high-level buyers.

  • Manage and submit formal bid proposals for public-sector and hospitality opportunities when required.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, fulfillment, and inventory flow.

  • Track pipeline and forecasting using ERP/CRM systems (Acumatica experience is a plus).

  • Attend tradeshows, customer visits, and sales meetings to promote SWCORP brands.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the bath/durable goods industry.

  • Experience selling tubs, faucets, vanities, or similar bathroom products.

  • A network of contacts with key buyers and decision-makers in the industry.

  • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a documented track record of hitting revenue goals.

  • Experience selling across multiple channels, including e-commerce platforms like Home Depot, Wayfair, Amazon, etc.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your book of business effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with contract bidding (commercial, public sector, or institutional).

  • Experience selling into the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, developers, design-build firms).

  • Familiarity with government procurement or GSA-style contract sales.

  • Experience representing luxury/premium bath brands.

  • Understanding of sourcing, freight, and tariff implications.

  • Familiarity with Acumatica or similar sales tracking/ERP platforms.
