We are looking for a smart, confident and friendly partner to join our staff. You will train to assist the staff in their sales and project organizer positions. We will teach you to calculate cost and read measurements related to countertop production. Must have transportation and open availability to work.
Responsibilities
- Field phone calls, answer questions about our business, countertops, the process from start to finish.
- Scheduling measurements and installations with clients.
- Act as first point of contact for visitors, field walk-ins before handing them off to one of the sales associates.
- Learning how to work with our measurement program, to make simple orders or print the important information.
- Gather written and digital contracts and all information pertaining to the specific client and job, to better assist with order making.
- Make final end of day paperwork for our installers, collect any open balances from installations, deposits, etc.
- Confirm all scheduled appointments for the following day.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and help in all aspects of the business.
