Head of Customer Success – Implementation Lead

Target Profile: You are our "Value Realizer": obsessed with adoption metrics and making Muse "un-churnable" within the first 30 days.

Job Overview: Success at Muse isn't about "happiness"—it’s about high trust value driven productivity to pipeline IP creation. As the Implementation Lead, you will design the global blueprint for how Muse is deployed. You will manage the post-sales teams responsible for hitting the "7.5-hour saved per week" benchmark across every anchor account.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design the Global Blueprint: Build the repeatable implementation framework for "Time-to-Value," ensuring the Prism is functional within 30 days of signing.
• Recruit & Manage Success Teams: Hire and lead CSMs and Implementation Engineers in all major markets (US, EMEA, APAC).
• Expansion Engine: Create the "Value Audit" reports that AEs use to drive million-dollar renewals and seat expansions.
• Agent Studio Adoption: Drive the creation of custom "Departmental Agents" (e.g., Muse Legal, Muse HR) within the client's environment to maximize stickiness.

Requirements:

• 5+ years leading Customer Success in a high-growth AI or Data Infrastructure company.
• Experience managing global, remote-first teams in fast-paced environments.
• A data-first mindset: you measure success in minutes saved and NRR, not just NPS scores.

• You will be responsible for deploying a significant allocation of our war chest, and will be able to offer top-of-market base salaries + aggressive "Expansion Bonuses" tied to NRR.
