Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial insurance accounts.
- Provide customized insurance solutions to meet client needs.
- Generate and present quotes in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Document all client interactions in the agency management system.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service and client retention.
Requirements
- Candidate Must Have an Active 220 Insurance License To Be Considered.
- Prior experience in commercial insurance sales required.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and coachable.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
