This Client Services Associate will serve as the primary contact for all service-related client needs while ensuring flawless execution of non-trading processes and maintaining exceptional client relationships across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Portfolio Managers across all client-facing activities including pre-screening, fund subscriptions, due diligence, and compliance documentation
- Serve as primary client contact for prospective, new, and existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies with exceptional service standards
- Manage banking and counterparty relationships to solve complex operational issues and ensure smooth transaction processing
- Execute new account openings with various banking institutions while reviewing fund subscription documents and preparing comprehensive due diligence requests
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal groups including Portfolio Management, Operations, Financial Advisory, Administration, and Accounting teams
- Provide flawless execution on all client requests and transactions, maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence
- Handle multi-faceted client communications in both English and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for diverse client base
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of Client Services or Operations experience within financial services firms
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – absolutely required
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in high-stakes client environment
- Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in multi-tasking, follow-up, and effective priority management
