LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Order & Logistics Analyst to manage the end-to-end execution of sales orders and logistics. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication with customers and efficient coordination of shipments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food and perishables.
You will be responsible for two key dimensions:

Customer Communication & Order Execution

Keep customers informed on order schedules, production updates, documentation, certifications, and overall status.

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the order lifecycle.

Outbound Logistics Management

Select product lots and transportation methods.

Coordinate pickups, confirm deliveries, and ensure timely invoicing.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to guarantee smooth operations.

This is an on-site position based in the Miami metropolitan area. The role requires 7-day coverage on a rotating shift schedule, including one weekend every three weeks, with the following Wednesday off.
Qualifications & Requirements

Required experience in food and perishables

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or order fulfillment.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).

Proactive, energetic, and adaptable personality.

Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
-
Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area
