We are looking for an Admin to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in communication and proficiency in various software tools. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting election-related operations and ensuring seamless event coordination.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and attend election-related events, representing the organization professionally.

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook to create reports, presentations, and other materials.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information.

• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with established election protocols.

• Adapt to flexible schedules and assignments as needed after transitioning to a permanent role.

• Support administrative functions such as budgeting, billing, and campaign planning.

• Assist in managing CRM systems to streamline voter outreach and communication.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.

• Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Monitor and update accounting and billing functions related to election activities.

• Proven attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks accurately.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
• Experience with accounting software systems and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with administrative functions such as budgeting and billing.
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and evolving responsibilities.
• Previous experience in campaign planning or election-related activities is a plus.
• A minimum of three years of relevant administrative experience.
