Digital Operations Analyst (SVOD)
Location: Miami, FL Onsite

Overview
We are seeking a Digital Operations Analyst to support the operational execution of our subscription video streaming service across the U.S., Mexico, and LATAM. This role owns SKU creation and lifecycle management, pricing and promotion setup, and cross‑platform configuration across app stores and CTV partners. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with digital product operations, subscription commerce, and multi‑platform SKU management, with strong analytical skills and a detail‑driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
SKU & Product Operations
- Create, launch, maintain, and retire SKUs across internal systems and external distribution platforms
- Manage SKUs for subscription plans, promotions, bundles, partner offers, and new tiers
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, currency, tax, and entitlements across U.S., Mexico, and LATAM
Platform & Partner Management
- Configure and update SKUs across Apple App Store, Google Play, and CTV platforms (Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung, LG, etc.)
- Coordinate submissions, approvals, and go‑live timelines
- Troubleshoot platform issues related to pricing, promotions, and subscription behavior
Promotions & Campaign Execution
- Execute promotional offers including intro pricing, win‑back campaigns, and limited‑time discounts
- Validate promo logic across billing and platform systems
- Maintain promotion trackers and performance reporting across markets
Subscription Billing & Customer Systems
- Support subscription lifecycle operations including billing logic, trials, and plan changes
- Assist with investigation of billing or entitlement issues
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Serve as an operational liaison for Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Support
- Document and communicate SKU changes, launches, and operational updates
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain trackers for SKUs, promotions, and launches
- Build Excel‑based QA checklists and operational dashboards
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Track competitor pricing and promotions
- Maintain subscription KPI datasets including churn indicators
Qualifications
Experience
- 3–5 years in digital operations, subscription commerce, streaming/media, gaming, or digital consumer products
- Hands‑on experience managing SKUs in app stores and/or CTV platforms
- Experience with subscription billing systems is a plus
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, analytics, model building)
- Strong QA mindset and attention to detail
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Operational & Soft Skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Highly organized with strong documentation habits
- Clear communicator across technical and non‑technical teams
