Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support the growth and visibility of Caring Therapists by managing our digital presence, referral outreach, and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role focuses on increasing client referrals, strengthening brand awareness, and ensuring alignment with the company's workflow and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Manage and update business listings across all directories including Google My Business, Yelp, Bing, Psychology Today, and other mental health directories.
- Support Google Ads campaigns: monitor performance, track conversions, and coordinate with PPC vendors.
- Partner with our SEO company to implement strategies (optimize website content, publish blogs, update service/location pages).
- Post and schedule content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring posts align with Caring Therapists' brand and audience.
- Track analytics and report on monthly marketing performance (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social insights).
Referral Marketing
- Build and maintain partnerships with pediatricians, primary care providers, treatment centers, and community organizations.
- Prepare and distribute referral packets, flyers, and digital one-sheets to professional partners.
- Coordinate Caring Therapists' participation in local networking events, school events, health fairs, and community outreach opportunities.
Content & Branding
- Draft, edit, and publish blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Create branded marketing materials (flyers, referral sheets, event collateral).
- Collect and manage client testimonials and reviews to strengthen online reputation.
Workflow & Coordination
- Collaborate with the intake team to ensure consistent messaging and smooth referral-to-intake workflows.
- Work closely with the CEO and CCO to align campaigns with overall company goals.
- Support the leadership team with special marketing projects and company announcements (e.g., awards, press releases, new location launches).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or healthcare marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO basics, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
