About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our Food & Beverage team at The Tiara Condominium on Singer Island. This position is part of a small, professional kitchen serving residents and guests in a private, upscale setting.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portioning.
• Keep a clean, organized workstation and follow all sanitation and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager.
• Work collaboratively — teamwork and respect are essential in this kitchen.
• Assist in prep work, daily setup, and closing duties.
• Follow FIFO and labeling procedures for all food products.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of line cook or restaurant kitchen experience.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of standard kitchen equipment.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• Ability to handle high-volume periods calmly and efficiently.
• Must work well in a team environment and take direction.
Schedule & Compensation
• Primarily evening shifts (dinner service).
• Complimentary meals during shift.
19.00 per hour
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
