Position: Vacation Sales Representative
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

With a close-knit team of around 10 professionals, the company fosters a healthy and supportive work environment while maintaining a high-energy sales culture. The team takes pride in delivering results while providing the opportunity for personal income growth and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take inbound calls and convert leads into sales in a high-pressure, one-call close setting
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Maintain strong organizational skills and manage time effectively
• Contribute to a positive team culture while driving individual results
• Work collaboratively with management to refine sales strategies and improve performance
Requirements:
• Must be comfortable in a high-pressure, one-call close sales environment
• Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Proven ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Compensation & Growth:
• $500 base/draw pay
• 10% commission on sales
• Bonuses and spiffs available
