As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Remote Office Manager to help streamline administrative operations and support our management team.
Position Overview
The Remote Office Manager will be the central point of contact for administrative, operational, and organizational tasks across the company. This individual will ensure that all remote office functions operate smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the companys standards. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Oversight
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives and department heads.
Maintain digital filing systems, company records, and important documents in compliance with confidentiality and data security guidelines.
Draft, review, and format business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Operational Coordination
Serve as a liaison between management, staff, and external vendors or service providers.
Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services needed for remote operations.
Monitor and manage budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
Human Resources Support
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes.
Support employee engagement initiatives and team communications.
Project Management
Coordinate company-wide initiatives, special projects, and events.
Track deadlines, deliverables, and progress reports for ongoing projects.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Maintain accurate and organized records for audits or regulatory purposes.
Qualifications
Required:
Must currently reside in the United States.
Must possess a valid U.S. government-issued ID.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations (preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Preferred:
Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
Familiarity with HR systems and payroll software.
Hospitality industry experience.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a fully remote position; however, occasional travel for company events, meetings, or training may be required.
Standard business hours with flexibility based on project deadlines and operational needs.
