Landscape Sales Manager
Location: St. Petersburg, FL (Field-Based)
Compensation: From $60,000/year + commission + quarterly bonuses
We are hiring an experienced Landscape Sales Manager to handle high-end residential and landscape sales. This role requires strong industry knowledge, the ability to manage multiple active leads, and confidence working directly with clients and the company owner.
Responsibilities
- Manage a mix of company and self-generated leads
- Read and execute from blueprints and surveys
- Work multiple sales opportunities at once
- Produce weekly activity reports & meet quarterly sales goals
- Primarily field-based with occasional office meetings in St. Pete
Requirements
- 5+ years of landscaping or related high-end sales experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of Florida plant material & basic permitting processes
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Professional appearance (company polos provided)
- Landscape design knowledge
- Must live within a 30 minutes radius of St. Petersburg, FL
