Our busy hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to make our guests' experience memorable. As our part-time breakfast attendant, you will maintain the breakfast area by keeping the food stocked and cleaning. As our part-time guest service agent, you will greet and assist guests with check-ins and inquiries, answer phones, handle reservations, payments, and basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work mornings (breakfast) or afternoons/evenings (front desk)
• Hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required

Compensation:

$14 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently
• Maintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as needed

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
