Summerlin Animal Hospital is hiring an outgoing Receptionist to become the next member of our incredible team. In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

Full-time benefits and compensation:

We are a full-service veterinary clinic offering a wide range of medical, surgical, and dental services for pets. With our team of three doctors and knowledgeable support staff, we are dedicated to high-quality pet care with a compassionate approach, ensuring the health and well-being of animals in our community. Our clinic does not provide any grooming or boarding services, leading to a more serene workplace. We are AAHA-accredited and have 2 cat-friendly DVMs with multiple cat-friendly support staff. Cat-Friendly Practice is on the horizon as well!
