Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to support the company’s commercial growth initiatives and international expansion. This role works closely with executive leadership and is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and managing key commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts.
- Participate in negotiations and support the closing of commercial agreements.
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, pricing information, and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support targeted campaigns and product launches.
- Manage and update sales pipelines using CRM tools (SAP B1 or similar).
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales operations, logistics, marketing, and product development to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Participate in domestic and international travel as business needs require.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related commercial role.
- Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, or retail channels is a strong plus.
- Exposure to consumer electronics, technology products, or hardware is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce or similar).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to support strategic planning and translate initiatives into actionable steps.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills for market research, data interpretation, and decision-making.
- Spanish is required (spoken and written).
- English proficiency is strongly preferred; bilingual candidates are highly valued.
- Available for domestic and international travel.
- Valid passport and required travel documentation must be current and in good standing.
