Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our international clients. In this role, you will address inquiries, process orders, and ensure exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced, export-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Provide support in tracking shipments, coordinating with logistics, and handling customer concerns.
  • Resolve product issues, complaints, and disputes proactively and in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take necessary actions to improve service quality.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with documentation for international orders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to manage customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience working in customer service or related fields preferred.
  • Familiarity with international shipping and export processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual Preferred (English + Spanish)
