Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our international clients. In this role, you will address inquiries, process orders, and ensure exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced, export-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
- Provide support in tracking shipments, coordinating with logistics, and handling customer concerns.
- Resolve product issues, complaints, and disputes proactively and in a customer-friendly manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take necessary actions to improve service quality.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with documentation for international orders.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proven ability to manage customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience working in customer service or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with international shipping and export processes is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual Preferred (English + Spanish)
