Center Bar Beverage Manager:
The Beverage manager oversees all beverage functions at the Center Bar and restaurant bar. The ideal candidate will maximize forecasts, develop revenue strategies and excel guest satisfaction. In addition, this position manages the entertainment schedule for the Center Bar, and develops and trains staff to ensure compliance with all company, local, state and federal regulations.
