Head of Talent Acquisition
We are excited to share a new opportunity! PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing company, has been given an opportunity to assist a top employer in Fort Myers to find a perfect fit for their Head of Talent Acquisition role.
We are seeking a qualified Human Resources professional who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to build strong teams. This critical role partners closely with departments to set hiring goals and manage the full-cycle recruiting process. The recruiter is essential to the overall success of the company, maintaining detailed files, databases, and compliance records, and actively contributing to staffing and HR administration needs
Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $77,000+ Depending on experience

Head of Talent Acquisition Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting multiple-stage interviews with candidates for a variety of different types of positions, from Office administrators to laborers
- Managing communication with candidates from when they apply until they get on board.
- Proactively source candidates utilizing job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Overseeing internal and external communication to maintain the company's reputation as a great employer
- Working closely with departments leads to define the hiring needs of the company and planning the hiring process.
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining recruitment KPI’s. Setting recruiting goals and meeting these monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Organizing hiring events and participating in job fairs.
- Create a recruiting strategy to meet the company's needs.
- Using an HRIS to manage the entire hiring process.
- Scheduling background checks and drug screening for all new hires.
- Manage all new and existing requisitions in the HRIS.
- Setting up new hires’ orientations.
- Creating job descriptions.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Head of Talent Acquisition Required Skills / Abilities:
- Experience doing full-cycle recruiting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ATS systems.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
- Self-motivated and Detail-oriented personality.
- Sense of urgency, personable, energetic, honest, and dependable.
- Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgement.
- Solid understanding of HR Practices and labor laws.
- Experience recruiting using social media.
- Experience in multitasking.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to analyze and input data.
- Being able to adapt to changes.
- 5+ years or more experience in heavy recruiting.
Recruiter Required Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources is preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
