Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 Depending on Experience

Overview:
The Forecasting Analyst supports supply chain and production planning to ensure efficient material flow, cost control, and on-time delivery through close collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues, negotiate pricing, and build strong supplier relationships
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Production, and other departments to support on-time delivery and resolve planning-related challenges
- Monitor and control inventory levels for raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
- Perform cost, demand, and inventory analysis to support planning decisions
- Support production schedules and material flow to meet operational goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related functions (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google Suite
- Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures
- Knowledge of product release cycles and product life cycle management
