Responsibilities: Develop and maintain professional relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and related professionalsPromote the firm’s real estate legal services in a professional and ethical mannerAttend networking events, industry meetings, and community functionsMaintain compliance with all applicable legal, ethical, and professional rules governing attorney advertising and solicitationRepresent the firm with professionalism and integrity at all times Qualifications: Prior marketing, sales, or business development experience (real estate industry experience preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyUnderstanding of professional boundaries in marketing legal servicesReliable transportation and ability to attend in-person meetings and events Position Type: Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor or W-2 Commission-Only Employee, depending on qualifications and agreement)Compensation: This position is commission-based only.
