Job DescriptionSenior Tax Manager
We are hiring a Senior Tax Manager to join our remote, fast-growing, and forward-thinking firm. We help small business owners and high-net-worth individuals keep more of what they earn through proactive, year-round tax planning. We've evolved beyond compliance work and lead with a powerful service called Tax Advisory (TAS). Key Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly tax planning calls and advise clients on high-impact savings strategies
- Prepare and review business and personal tax returns (PTIN required)
- Communicate clearly with clients and apply tax strategies accurately
- Growth path to Director of Operations with potential profit-sharing
- Spot tax-saving opportunities and mentor junior staff
Qualifications
- At least 7 years in public accounting performing tax work
- Extensive experience in Business (1120S & 1065) and Personal (1040) tax returns
- Valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certification
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising staff
- Must currently have a job in public accounting
- 4-year degree from an accredited college in Accounting or related discipline
Benefits
Completive Salary: $125,000 to $130,000
Incentive Bonus: Up to $13,000
