POSITION SUMMARY:
Servers are responsible for creating memorable experiences for each of our members that exceed expectations. They ensure consistent service and timely delivery of food and beverages to members by presenting menus, answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and service, writing orders, effectively and quickly entering orders into the Jonas Point of Sale System. Full Time and Part Time positions available. Full time position will include benefits, including, but not limited to medical insurance and paid time off.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for assigned opening and closing job duties as well as completion of daily tasks assigned including the set-up and breakdown of all rooms necessary for service i.e. cleaning, organizing, and detailing of dining rooms and stations.
- Promptly greets Members and guests as they are seated.
- Perform ongoing table maintenance throughout the shift.
- Clear tables after guests finished, and place soiled dishes, linens, glassware in their appropriate areas.
- Promptly clean table tops, chairs, and surrounding floor between seatings.
- Reset and arrange table set ups.
- Position requires the individual to maintain flexible availability, will work weekends, double shifts, and holidays
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prior Country Club Server Experience.
- Must be able to effectively utilize Jonas Point of Sales System.
- Must possess good written and excellent oral communications skills to interact with members, guests, and employees.
- Should have basic understanding of food and beverage and culinary service, with a passion for hospitality.
