In this role, you'll be on the front lines of driving revenue—engaging directly with homeowners, door-to-door sales, identifying their needs, and offering top-quality roofing solutions. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you!
This position is 100% commission based.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of door-to-door sales reps
- Develop and implement effective sales scripts and strategies
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly team goals and KPIs
- Lead from the front: participate in field sales activities
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Motivate and manage team members to hit targets and grow professionally
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and customer service policies
Experience & Skills Needed
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in door-to-door or direct sales
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Leadership and team-building experience (formal or informal)
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to train and inspire others
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
