Your Role: HVAC Install Manager

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead and grow our residential installation department. This role is ideal for a hands-on HVAC leader who thrives on training technicians, tracking performance, and driving results through KPIs.

You'll be responsible for developing install teams, ensuring quality installations, and improving efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and develop residential HVAC install technicians

• Provide hands-on coaching and field training to improve technical skill and performance

• Manage install schedules and partner with dispatch and operations for job readiness

• Track and manage KPIs such as productivity, callbacks, quality control, labor efficiency, and install cycle times

• Ensure installs meet all mechanical, safety, and code requirements

• Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing skills development

• Drive accountability, consistency, and a culture of continuous improvement

• Ensure an excellent customer experience from install start to finish

What You Bring

• Proven management experience (required)

• Strong mechanical HVAC knowledge with residential install experience (preffered)

• Demonstrated success with hands-on training and technician development

• Experience tracking, analyzing, and acting on KPIs and performance metrics

• Leadership style that motivates, coaches, and holds teams accountable

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfort using Microsoft Office and field service / HVAC software

Requirements

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to pass background check

• Residential HVAC installation and management experience
