Overview
This is a 1099 Position
We are seeking a motivated, dedicated and experienced Medicare Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and customer service, with the ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Must have a minimum of 10 state licenses. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while effectively communicating the benefits of various insurance products. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as we value diverse communication skills to better serve our clients.

Duties

  • Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of various insurance products.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in the sales administration system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 states.
  • Tele-sales in Health Care experience at least 1 year.
  • Release letter must be provided when hired, if needed.
  • Experienced in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions based on client needs.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration processes and HIPAA compliance is advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers, typing, and multi-tasking is preferred. Experience with Sunfire and CRM's is a plus.
  • AHIP 2026 Certification is a plus.
  • A valid insurance license is required upon hiring.
