Multi-Entity Bookkeeper – Support Dozens of Local Businesses through Bookkeeping, Payroll Processing, and Sales Tax Filing
Location: Auburndale, FL (On-site, Full-Time)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
We are a busy, well-established tax and bookkeeping firm seeking a Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks skills and excellent customer service. If you’re experienced, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment, we’d love to hear from you. This is not a starter role—we need someone confident, knowledgeable, and ready to make an immediate impact.
What You'll Handle:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank/credit card accounts, record transactions, and categorize expenses
- Prepare monthly reports, sales tax filings, and 1099s
- Communicate professionally with clients to request information and resolve questions
- Support tax preparers with clean, timely books
You’re a Fit If You:
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience (multi-client or firm experience preferred)
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online (certification preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills required
- Highly organized, self-directed, and deadline-driven
