We are partnering with a well-established professional law firm in Brickell seeking multiple Accounting Professionals to support their Financial & Banking operations. These are full-time, onsite, temporary-to-hire opportunities for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Open Roles Include:

• Accounts Receivable Clerks

• Accounts Payable Clerks

• AR/AP Supervisors

Whether you’re building your accounting career or already leading a team, there is room here to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing and posting payments

• Managing invoicing and collections

• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies

• Reviewing and matching invoices, receipts, and purchase orders

• General ledger coding and data entry

• Assisting with month-end close processes

• Generating financial reports

• Supervising and mentoring accounting staff (Supervisor roles)

Depending on the role, responsibilities may vary.What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or both

• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfort working with accounting systems and financial software

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities

• Professional communication skills

Supervisory candidates should have prior team leadership experience and the ability to oversee workflow and quality control.
