Full Job Description:
Illumination FL is looking for a reliable, experienced, and detailed office person for our busy and growing customer service team.
Candidates must be focused, able to multitask, take direction, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The customer service administrator’s role is to work with the office manager to provide daily support for the company’s landscape lighting lead intake, quotes, sales, installations, support of field techs, maintenance and service calls.
Ideal candidate must have excellent attendance record, be a quick learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess impeccable phone etiquette, and be able to communicate effectively via email and text. Must have minimum of 5 years’ customer service experience. Bilingual a plus. Job quoting experience a plus.
Essential Duties
- Daily crew scheduling
- Follow up on client quotes, service, and maintenance requests
- Assist in daily scheduling of service, install, maintenance calls, and customer collections
Requirements
- Outstanding communication and phone skills
- Knowledge of geography of Palm Beach, Broward, and SW Florida Counties
- Data entry skills
- Customer service experience
- Detail oriented, organized
- Full MS Office Suite competence, Outlook, Excel, Word
- Able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
· Proactive team player
Hours are 8-5, M-F
