Nick’s Photo Studio is seeking a School and Studio Photographer who is responsible, creative, and detail-oriented, with strong technical abilities and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will provide a positive experience for students, families, and studio clients while delivering high-quality photography..
Responsibilities and Ideal Candidate Qualifications & Skills

✔️ Communication & Client Interaction

Excellent communication skills with students, parents, school staff, and studio clients.

Professional, patient, and friendly attitude at all times.

✔️ Equipment Handling & Maintenance

Ability to set up, operate, and maintain cameras, lighting, and studio equipment.

Ensure all equipment is clean, organized, and in good working condition.

✔️ Photography Session Management

Organize and manage school photo days and in-studio sessions.

Maintain an efficient workflow with large groups and tight schedules.

Ability to direct subjects and create a comfortable environment.

✔️ Photo Editing & File Delivery

Proficiency with photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

Edit, retouch, and prepare high-quality images within deadlines.

Upload, organize, and submit photos to the appropriate clients or school administrators.

✔️ Flexibility & Reliability

Ability to work flexible hours, especially during school photo seasons.

Punctual, responsible, and adaptable to different environments.

✔️ Working With Children

Comfortable working with kids of all ages.

Ability to engage children and capture natural expressions.

✔️ Transportation & Mobility

Ability to commute to various school locations for photo sessions.

Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: $13.50 – $17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time
