About the Role:
One Source Hospitality Solutions is hiring a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor for a large resort-style property in Key West, Florida, zip code 33040. We are seeking an experienced, bilingual leader to oversee daily housekeeping operations. This is a hands-on role that ensures quality, efficiency, and team coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff during assigned shifts.

• Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

• Communicate daily room assignments and priorities.

• Assist with cleaning duties as needed, especially in high-demand periods

• Address and resolve guest and team concerns professionally

• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to management.

• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience

• Fluent in Spanish or Creole (required)

• Previous supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to motivate a team

• Availability to work flexible full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays
