Accountant - River Cruise Industry

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our international finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid international accounting experience, be comfortable working in a multicultural environment, and have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite. Chinese language skills (Mandarin preferred) are a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

· Work with Microsoft Dynamics for financial data management and reporting

· Handle multi-currency and cross-border transactions

· Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations

· Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting

· Collaborate with onboard and shore-based teams across multiple regions

Requirements:

· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Proven international accounting experience

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (required)

· Fluent in English; Chinese language skills strongly preferred

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in the river cruise, maritime, or hospitality industry

· CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification

· Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones
